Rattlesnake Avoidance
Do you want to help your dog stay safe around rattlesnakes this summer? Would you like to teach your dog to recognize a rattlesnake by sight, sound, or scent and choose to stay far away? Join the Rattlesnake Avoidance class! In this 6-week class, Heidi will show you how to train your dog to detect a rattlesnake and give it a wide berth, even refusing to follow you if getting closer would put them at risk. Unlike most snake avoidance classes, this class is taught using only positive reinforcement training methods! Before signing up you will need to take an Orientation class first! Agility For Fun
Do you want to have some active fun with your dog? Do you want to tire your dog out while increasing their listening skills? Join the Agility For Fun class! This class teaches you and your dog to safely navigate agility obstacles and run through courses. You will learn both ground work skills and obstacle skills, all while having fun with your dog. Agility For Fun is a 6-week class, and will be followed by an offer to join Agility Club. This class is designed for fun, rather than for competition. Upcoming Start Dates: Tuesday, September 1st at 2:45pm Sunday, November 15th at 4:00pm Agility Club is invite-only, and available to graduates of Agility for Fun. Agility Club includes ongoing agility lessons and rental of the training space and equipment for personal practice. |
